UK Bathroom Store began in 2007, with a straightforward idea: offer great bathroom products alongside the kind of service we'd want to receive ourselves.
Since then, we've grown considerably, but we're still a small team. You'll find us working together from our base in Morecambe, managing everything from products and orders to customer service and our growing online range.
And that size matters.
When you contact us, you're talking to someone who knows the business and understands bathrooms. We don't believe you should have to navigate a maze of departments to get an answer to a simple question when what you really need is someone to listen and use a bit of common sense.
We're small enough to know our customers, but experienced enough to know bathrooms.
And yes, there are usually three dogs wandering around the warehouse too.
They aren't particularly helpful with product specifications, but they're excellent at keeping morale high.

Aquarius Bathrooms didn't start because we wanted to add another name to the bathroom industry.
We believed there was room to do things better.
So we spent two years developing Aquarius Bathrooms — a range shaped by our own experience of the industry and our understanding of what customers actually want from their bathroom products.
The result is our own collection of bathroom products, designed around quality, practicality, considered design and value.
