For single lever mixers the design allows for easy mixing of hot and cold water to achieve the desired temperature. Requiring a single mounting hole makes it easier to install compared to taps that require separate holes for hot and cold water controls.
Moving the handle up or down adjusts the flow rate, while moving it left or right adjusts the temperature mix. Our basin mixers use ceramic disc cartridges, which provide smooth operation and excellent durability. With fewer separate components basin monobloc taps are generally easier to clean and maintain.
