This creates a strong base to which 7 layers of fiberglass core matting is applied. Between each layer a resin bonding adhesive is applied which, when dry, creates a super strong encapsulated bonded core. Finally the bath is coated with a mix of resin and blue paint, which provides a smooth and superstrength final bonded surface.
