The Arco double ended bath from Imex features a modern angular design, straight sides and sloping ends for a comfortable bathing experience.
All Imex Premiercast baths are constructed by hand, we first form the bath from high quality 5mm acrylic, then add a full timber supporting frame to both the base of the bath and the underside of the rim. This creates a strong base to then apply by hand, 7 layers of fiberglass core matting. Between each layer we apply a resin bonding adhesive which, when dry creates a super strong encapsulated bonded core. Finally the bath is coated with a mix of resin and blue paint, which provides a smooth and superstrength final bonded surface.
