Quaryl - Winner of the Reddot design award in 2010, Quaryl is exclusively available from Villeroy & Boch. Using Pure-grade quartz crystal and high-quality acrylic resin, this material can be moulded into any form using high precision casting. This unique material, with a thickness up to 18mm is used to create stunning, high-quality baths and shower trays that are far superior to standard acrylic only versions. Quaryl provides a smooth, pore free surface that makes cleaning so much easier, as dirt and limescale have almost zero hold on the surface. This ensures a permanent, glimmering shine.
Direct Flush - Another innovation by the Villeroy & Boch team is the direct flush system, currently available on several of their sanitaryware ranges. The Direct Flush gives the efficiency of a traditional flush combined with the hygiene and ease of clean afforded by the new rimless design. The total interior of the bowl is flushed each time, precise, splash free flow of water in the bowl right up to the level below the rim.
